Growing up in a hardworking family with conservative Christian values, Josh have called many places home around St Louis. This has brought a great perspective on the various neighborhoods that make up our Greater St. Louis Community. His background growing up and successfully working in the construction industry has covered everything from new construction to home remodeling and maintenance to investment property acquisition and support. His vast experience in this industry brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients in the buying and selling process and resources that extend beyond the closing date.

As a newly licensed Realtor in 2003, he got a taste for the real estate world. Josh continued with his growth and experience in the construction realm, until 2014, when he joined Keller Williams. It was at that time that he decided to “hang up my toolbelt” and pursue real estate full time.

In 2020, as the business continued to grow, the decision was made to build a team of rockstars to better serve our clients and build a legacy for decades to come. Renee Taylor joined the team first as our Admin and works behind the scenes to make sure our agents and clients are set up for success.

Renee’s role in marketing, client care, and systems creation lets our agents focus on our clients. Kate Thompson and Jenna Grab joined the team next, specializing in helping our buyer clients every step of the way toward their dreams of home ownership. Now, we also have Doug Pratt who can help both sellers, buyers, investors, you name it. Working closely together, we have brought to our clients strong communication skills, creative thinking strategies to navigate those inevitable bumps in the road, and a passion for helping people on their real estate journeys.

Together, we have built a strong, cohesive team that focuses on making sure our clients get the best 5 star experience. We have sold several hundred homes at this point and rank in the top 1% of Realtors in the Great St Louis Area. We plan on being here for the long haul, so you will be able to rely on us for generations to come.

With over 30 years of marketing and 10 years of home construction experience, Doug Pratt brings a unique perspective to help his clients in the purchase and sale of homes. His commitment to building trust and putting clients first to ensure a 5 5-star experience means staying in close communication throughout the process, employing the right strategies to create winning offers for buyers, and helping sellers positively position their houses in a competitive market. Personally, Doug feels truly blessed with his incredible wife, Chrissy, and 4 amazing children. In addition to being very active in church, Doug and his family enjoy traveling to new destinations and creating memories, especially where the beach is involved.

Kate was born and raised in Saint Louis County and moved to Los Angeles for 6 years. During COVID, she decided to move back to Saint Louis to be with her family. She comes from a background of 8 years in the sales industry and brings strong leadership skills, and negotiation skills, and enjoys helping people. Kate entered the Real Estate world in order to help families accomplish their dream of buying or selling their homes. She is ready to spend time devoting her skills to creating something of value to families including integrity and a solid foundation to do great business together. Kate lives in Saint Louis County and spends her spare time with her family and friends. Kate supports Susan G Komen, Adopt-A-Family and Special Olympics.

Jenna Grab was born and raised in the St. Louis area. She comes from a background in customer service and brings patience, empathy, and transparency to her real estate home buyers. Jenna enjoys trying new local restaurants, spending time and making new memories with her family. She also has two dogs, Ellie and Cooper, that she loves coming home to everyday! Her passion is helping people, which made real estate the perfect career for her to practice just that. She loves hearing about her client’s stories and goals, and hopes to be a helping hand in their journey!

A St. Louis native, Renee Woolbright is an Affton High School grad, holds degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Eden Theological Seminary, & spent most of her early career in the world of education. In 2020, she took a giant leap of faith and jumped into Real Estate operations. Now, as the Director of Operations, Renee works behind the scenes to set up our agents and clients for success.

Renee lives in Affton with her husband, Lance, 2 kids, 1 crazy rescue dog, and a flock of backyard chickens. When she’s not working with our clients and agents, you can find Renee adventuring with her family, ringleading shenanigans with her kids’ Cub Scout Pack, or camping like its 1789 as a Revolutionary War Re-enactor.

Lowie handles coordinating all the documents required from when your contract is accepted through to Closing Day. As the Transaction Coordinator, she will be making sure we have all the documentation needed by the deadlines and following up with the other side as appropriate. With a background in Business Administration and Customer Service, Lowie loves helping people by listening to what they want and advocating their best interests.

When she’s not working, Lowie spends time with her daughter, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her friends. She cannot start a day without a cup of coffee and is always excited to hunt more coffee houses where she can read a good book or have a cheesecake.

Lexi Voyles has grown up in the worlds of construction and real estate. She carries on the family business helping the team’s behind-the-scenes needs- she can often be found delivering signs and lockboxes, assisting with events, and helping in the office. Lexi is also a full-time college student pursuing a degree in Nursing. When she is not working or studying, Lexi loves to travel and is a passionate supporter and advocate for Type I Diabetes.
